Personal Care Services
Personal care services relates to assisting someone with activities of daily living. Under the supervision of an RN, the personal care worker assists with tasks such as bathing, grooming, skin care, dressing, teeth and hair care.

Companionship Care
Companion care services the elderly or persons with disabilities to provide emotional support. This builds a healthy relationship which ensures your recipient receives social nourishment. These activities include leisure time, such as watching TV, or taking walks to rid of feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Meal Preparations
Preparing meals is an important part of caregiving. It ensures that your recipient is well nourished and essential to healing. Grocery shopping is part of the responsibility. and the caregiver adheres to a set diet plan according to the plan of care.

Medication Assistance
Caregivers assists with medications and ensures meds are taken exactly as prescribed on the labels. Part of this responsibility is to check that the medication does not run out and communicate with pharmacy on timely refills. Using a planner to track the recipient's overall health and note medical appointments allows providers to have a better understanding of the recipient's health which leads to better treatments.

Transportation Services
The caregiver's role is to accompany the recipient to their doctor's appointments, medical treatments, grocery shopping and the bank. This service allows us to create an environment for the recipient to feel as normal as possible.

Home Making Services
Light cleaning in essential areas of the home used during personal care service activities provides your recipient a safe and comfortable home. Part of light housekeeping includes changing the recipient's bed and laundering the bed linens and the recipient's personal clothing.

Specialized Care
Every recipient is unique, and every plan of care is structured to meet each of their individual needs. Our team's goal is to adopt a plan of care that facilitates around health, safety, and the overall well-being that allows a person to live their best quality of life.

Mobility Services
Caregivers help with simple transfers including bed to chair or wheelchair and reverse. Mobility is essential to a person gaining the most of their independence. Help them with setting up or using assisted devices, such as walkers, cane, wheelchairs, or scooters to ensure their mobility.
